My Porterhouse Steak

At home, Davao City

First time for me to prepare steak for the family. The pressure was on as the rib-eye steak we had at goku's place was really amazing. Marinated it with olive oil, mustard, rosemary, thyme, and pepper. Had to make my own gravy from scratch as well. The outcome: we loved it! The herbs were so aromatic, it made the beef very appetizing. I'm still not so good with sauces though. On its own, the sauce wasn't what I envisioned it to be. But with the steak, it tasted pretty well. (^^;)

Today, papa came home with a new set. He said that it's for next week. hihihi ^^
